Lead Time
All of our tiles are hand painted and made to order - which means they are made just for you. Lead times may vary based on product and quantity. Our current lead time is 2-4 weeks from the day your order is placed. *Lead time refers to manufacturing time. Shipping time will vary.
Overage
When placing your order the industry standard is to add at least 10%- 15% overage due to tile cuts, potential breakage, or future repairs. Please note that color variation between production batches of hand painted ceramic tile is normal and expected- keep this is mind when calculating the totals for your order and be sure to order enough tile.
